1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "bajbb" or "Platform" — The bajbb.cam website and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on the bajbb platform.
• "Account" — A member's personal user account on the bajbb platform.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds currently available in the account.
• "Bonus" — Additional rewards or credits provided by bajbb.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus or winnings can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka.

2 Account Registration

You must create a personal account in order to use the services on the bajbb platform.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajbb reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may be required for identity verification:

• A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address.

If identity verification fails or the member refuses to provide documents, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age and Eligibility

The services of the bajbb platform are available only to individuals who meet specific eligibility requirements.

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the bajbb platform. The services of this site are strictly prohibited for minors.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• The account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally updated instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are only possible from verified accounts.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• The withdrawal amount must be equal to or less than the total deposited amount unless the bonus conditions have been fully completed.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, bajbb reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bajbb offers various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each offer has its own terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).
• That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses must be used within a specific time period. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• bajbb reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Members have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers based on their activity and participation on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming activities on the bajbb platform:

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and impartial.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bajbb may restart the game or refund the wagered amount.
• If the network connection is lost, the game result will be saved on the server.

6.2 Sports Betting

• The odds for all bets are set at the time the bet is placed and cannot be changed afterwards.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bajbb will settle the bet according to its own policy.
• For live betting, confirmation by the system before the bet is accepted is mandatory.

6.3 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajbb platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Using any kind of fraudulent software, bots or automated tools.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Misconduct or making threats towards other members or bajbb staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access or use another person's account without authorisation.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by bajbb

bajbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions.
• In the event of failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• If there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory or legal authority.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

9 Limitation of Liability

bajbb does not accept any responsibility for the following:

• If any game or bet is interrupted due to an internet connection failure.
• If any loss occurs due to the member's own device or software issues.
• If account information is exposed due to the member's own negligence.
• Due to delays or issues with third-party payment providers.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
